Currently ALL fields are shown in the find issues query. This includes hidden fields and custom fields that have no searching purpose (eg. from some plugins).

There should be a way to customise which fields are shown in the search screen, possibly just having a screen associated with it so that you can map "search" to the search screen in your screen schemes.
