When performing a quick search, search is done across all projects. If you just want to search a particular project you have to select it from the left hand filter.

There should be a way to save your "default" project, as is done by clicking on the Browse Projects tab, which searches your default project, removing the need for these annoying multiple clicks every time you want to quickly search your project.
