Fix the immutable issue constants to fill in JQL clause values with readable values

Currently when you specify a resolution as unresolved the JQL will generate resolution = -1. This should generate the unresolved() function.

We should also change the issue constants to put their names into the JQL since they are immutable.

We should also put the project key instead of the project id.

Lets think of the other immutable values the searchers can enter when we do this.
