It would be nice if an Administrator could set who the reporter was if we are submitting issues for someone. This happens quite frequently currently because we haven't have the chance to get people up to speed on JIRA so they are still emailing issues to us and then we are inputing them into JIRA but then i have all of these issues listing the reporter as myself and then they never get an email update.

We hope to get them trained as soon as possible so they can start inputing their own issues or becoming watchers but i feel that even in the future this would be a nice feature as well.
