Trying a save a comment in preview mode is not working on EACJ(with milestone 3 build)

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Launch JIRA 4.0(EACJ)
      2. Open an already created issue and click "Comment" link to add comment.
      3. Type some come and click "preview" icon to view it.
      4. Click "Add".

      Result:
      1. It give error message "Comment body can not be empty!"

      Expected:
      1. The comment should get add.
