Moving an issue to another project keeps old project's fix version

Currently when moving an issue to another project, if you do not select a fix version specifically, the version remains that of the previous project.

This is incorrect as the version does not exist in the new project and applies only to the old project. When not specifying a version during a move, the version should be set to "Unspecified" instead.
