Re-ordering columns in the issue navigator with the right and left arrows is a real pain. This is specially bad if you add a column to a filter which already has many columns and you need to move it to the other side of the screen. You'll be potentially scrolling and clicking for a long time before you get what you want. There has got to be a better drag-drop solution to this in the age of ajax and modern visual frameworks.
