Description
If you have a Jira filter showing on your Dashboard using the Show Saved Filter gadget, you can click on individual issues in it.
If you do that, you will see the issue view, and in the upper right corner, the link Return to Search seems to want to send you back to the first filter that you own alphabetically, and not to the filter you were viewing in the gadget.
If you drill down to an issue when viewing a filter in the issue navigator itself, that link reflects the correct filter.
