From the "Create issue" screen, when the question mark next to the "issue type" field is clicked, the local help window pops up. This window contains invalid HTML. In firefox 3 (OSX) hovering over the "issue type", "priority level" etc paragraphs causes the text to change colour. This is because the paragraphs are prefixed with an invalid "<a>" tag (which is used for scrolling to that position).
