Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch JIRA 4.0. Create a new project having long component name(261 character I tried).
2. Click on "Browse Project" and the project.
3. Click on "Component" tab and click on the component name.

Result:
1. It messes up with the "Create" issues options. Snapshot enclosed.

Expected:
1. Long component name should be handled in UI
