Quick search finds "hp-6710" but not "6710"

      We have several mentions of an hp bug, #6710 in our database. (hp-6710).
      If you quick search for 6710 or "6710", you get nothing, but if you quick search "hp-6710", you get stuff.

      Creating a filter on "6710" doesn't even find it.
