A common request comes up to see issues that haven't been moving in the workflow. You can see what issues haven't been updated recently by messing with the Update filter dates, but that isn't exactly right as a comment could "update" the issue. What we are looking for is a filter feature that can show issues that haven't changed status for X number of days. We don't want to set a specific date, but X number of days so the filter "rolls" forward as time passes.

For example, the feature would allow us to save a filter that shows us all issues on projects that have not changed states in the past 14 days (that are not closed or deferred, etc). Now we can drill into issues that seen to be held up and need special attention.
