Manage Filters "Popular" has no scroll bar

      On 3.13.2-#335 Enterprise: I installed this version Friday and created dozens of new filters.
      My boss is managing his filters and clicking on the "Popular" tab. There are so many new queries, that all have one user each (me), that he cannot get to the ones he wants at the bottom of the list alphabetically. There is no scroll bar and no "next page" option.
