Notification mail while editing a project role

      It is required that whenever a project is edited for project role, a notification mail should be fired out, so that the user/ developer whose role is going to add/ delete/ modify can notify about the change and accordingly he can act further.
      Notification mail should be sent to project members when:
      1. Project is initiated
      2. Project role is edited
