Customise Issue Links per project

      Atlassian Update - 19 March 2015

      Hi everyone,

      This is a routine update of this issue.

      We are working to make JIRA more flexible on a per-project basis so that it's easier for a variety of teams to adapt it. Issue links certainly fall under this category. While this issue is not currently on our roadmap, we do hope to address it in the future.

            My org would also like this feature enabled.  We have multiple divisions and business units running in Jira and use different projects to separate everything as well as custom user fields for additional meta data to enable some specific reporting.  Would like to be able to limit Feature links so that we don't have to endlessly scroll to link stories or bugs to Features on entry.  Not having this is creating some poor-quality data as users disengage.
