I wanted to search our database for issues related to "copyright". I couldn't tell from the documentation whether the search was case-insensitive, so I decided to use the fuzzy search option, "copyright~". I got the error message:

The Issue Navigator allows you to browse all the issues in the system. Filters allow you to limit the issues that you see.

Using the panel on the left, you can create and edit new filters.
