We have a need for a sub-task scheme. We have repeatable processes such as testing something that require different people to test different portions. Currently this is done by creating a template issue, creating subtasks for each person and then cloning it every time we need to repeat the process.

A sub-task scheme to be able to create and assign subtasks to different people upon issue creation without having to search for, find the master/template issue and clone it.
