The configuration screen for the "Created Vs Resolved" report uses the prototype blue button style popup button. We need to convert this to the standard link style as shown in the Filter selector link of the "Filter Statistics" portlet. This seems to be a carry over from the Charting plugin that we will need to be fixed for other reports and portlets that we pull in from the charting plugin.
