Unicode surrogate characters in the comment field cause system error

      When you try to paste a surrogate Unicode character into the comment field, Jira gives a system error. I'm attaching the saved system error webpage (AddComment.jspa.htm) and a screenshot of it (system-error.png). I will also attach the file that has a surrogate character in it (test-out.u8) so that you can recreate the bug.

      1. Pick any issue
      2. Click to add comment.
      3. Copy and paste contents of test-out.u8
      4. You should see the system error.
