Incorrect info displayed in Project Lead lists in JIRA deployed in Resin 3.x

The list of Project Leads display in the Project list and Browse Projects pages display the first Project Lead as the lead for ALL projects, despite that there are multiple users defined as the project leads.

The behaviour observed only for JIRA .3.13 when installed on Resin. The problem can't be replicated in JIRA deployed in the JIRA's standalone Tomcat nor in older JIRA versions (3.12.x).

Below the screenshot of JIRA 3.12.1 deployed in the same Resin and integrated with the same database as the above JIRA 3.13.

Also, the issue is not observed in JIRA 3.13 on the project details page.
