Some words are not translated

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Change the user locale to other language (e.g. German)
      2. Go to 'Manage Dashboard' page

      Some words are not translated properly. For example, the sentence 'Enter your search criteria and click 'Search'.' is still displayed in English. Please see the attached screenshot.

      The following are the sample of the property keys that only appear in the English language pack:

      common.sharing.searching.no.search.performed=Enter your search criteria and click ''Search''.
popups.savedfilters.nosavedfilters = You have no favourite filters at the moment.
filters.no.favourite=You have no favourite filters.
portlet.savedfilters.nofilters = You have no favourite filters at the moment
portlet.no.longer.exists = The portlet with id ''{0}'' no longer exists or is invalid.
