Option to auto-assign all subtasks when moving moving a parent issue

    Description

      I would love to be able to assign all subtasks of a parent issue to the same assignee when I assign an issue to a new assignee. This would just be a checkbox most likely since it wouldn't be needed in all cases (however I would use that option in most cases).
