Created VS Resolved cumulative + individual graphs' Y axis should should be independent

When using the Created VS Resolved graph with the "Display the Trend of Unresolved?" & "Show individual values", the graphs are stacked. It looks as though the max value of Y for the top graph is based on the trending total, which just means the graph can be severely compressed, especially when taken over a longer timeframe.

You're not comparing the two graphs directly anyway, so the max Y value should be independent
