Show number of users logged on to JIRA on the Administrator Dashboard (New Portlet)

      Hi,

      Would it be able to have a portlet showing the number of users currently logged on to JIRA?
      The Administrator could add this to his Dashboard.
      Alternatively, the System Info in the Administration panel could show this info.
