Hi,

Would it be possible to add a standard feature in the JIRA Administration panel that enables the administrator to close the JIRA website?
In that case, nobody would be able to logon to JIRA (except the Administrator), and already logged-on users wouldn't be able to create or change any issues (except the Administrator).
This would enable the Administrator to test out things, define new portlets, move issues etc without impacting anybody on the system.
