Add project information to the issue XML view

      Steps to reproduce:
      1) Create whatever issue search
      2) Click link to view XML
      3) Click link to view RSS|issues and/or Browser|printable
      4) Compare these views. You'll see difference in information completness, e.g. in XML view "project" field is absent and in printable view - present.

      The same situation with XML/Printable issue views.
