Closed status messages can be misleading

As reported by a customer :

I recently noticed that on your site that there are some places that still state this:

A graphic on this page still states this: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/latest/statuses.html

There is a very small fix up here in the ShowConstantsHelp page. A better description of the closed status is required.

The other pages links here are incidental.
