Long reindex operations display an impossible completion status

    Description

      During a reindex that took about 15 minutes to complete, I came across this beauty:

      2008-09-12 18:17:00  	warning  	JIRA is currently being reindexed. Depending on how large the issue database is, this may take a few minutes. Jira will automatically become available as soon as this task is complete.

This process is 100% Completed.

      Now if something is 100% completed, why am I even seeing the message?
