In step 2 of 'Create Custom Field', description of 'Read-only Text Field' should read 'Read-only Text Field (<255 characters)'

I got stuck on a ticket import issue because my read-only text field had gotten too large.

I might have been saved a small bit of grief if the creation page noted the read-only text field limitations as it does for the other text fields.
