      After deploying Jira to replace Bugzilla, one of the most common complaints I get from developers is that the "Watcher" handling in Jira is much more awkward (and therefore much less used) than Bugzilla's "CC" field.

      The list of watchers should be displayed (and editable) directly in the main bug display, not segregated into a separate page.
