When a dashboard is shared, but a filter it uses has permisssions that mean the dashboard user cannot see the filter, the portlet looks wrong.

      There are three portlets that need to define a filter to use, and these can then possibly not be availabel to someone using the dashboard.
      Two of the portlets draw themselves wider than the default and look wrong.
      Also note that they all have a blank header row.
