I noticed that the Project's Mail Configuration feature is available in all editions (Enterprise, Professional, and Standard) of JIRA. However, in JIRA documentation, it mentions that this feature is only available in Enterprise edition.

Mail Configuration (Enterprise only)- specifies the 'From' address for emails sent from this project. Only available if an SMTP email server has been configured in JIRA.
