When sending a support request as a non system admin there is a message about not being able to see trusted app information

      When you are a non-sys admin and want to send a support request you will see the following message.

      The message is "You do not have permission to access Trusted Application info. Contact your System Administrator."

      This is a bit uninformative, perhaps we should show a warning that the trusted app info will not be shown but showing an error is a bit alarming.
