Another filter displayed when edit current one.

Steps to reproduce:

1. open two different saved filters in two tabs of the browser (or two windows of the same browser).
2. click "Edit" link on the page with filter opened first

Expected result:
ability to edit the filter opened first

Obtained result:
you are editing the last opened filter (from the second tab)

Workaround:
replace "mode=hide" with "mode=show" in the filter link http://jira.jnetx.ru/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?mode=show&requestId=10533
requestId required to edit the current filter.

I suppose you have to add "requestId=xxxxx" to the "Edit" link when some filter is opened.
