Like a filter subscription, Is there any way by that we can subscribe for

1) Dashboard
2) Pie Chart
3) Excel formatted Jira issue report
4) Two dimension filter static

The requirement is that user want a report that should run periodically 8 hrs, and the report should show,
1) Total issue updated by team in the last 8 hrs with issue no.
2) Total issue updated by individual team member in the last 8 hrs with issue number.

To do this, the user thought of configuring a pie chart and 2D filter and subscribe this dashboard for mail Notification, but JIRA does not support this functionality at the moment.
