Add quick search for reporter

      It would be nice to have a quick search format for searching by reporter. I'd like to use quick search for something like:

      CONF unresolved r:me

      Which would be a search for unresolved issues in project 'CONF', reported by me. Feel free to change the format, of course. It's the functionality I'm after.
