HTML-Email in Lotus Notes

      Emails from JIRA in HTML-format are not rendered correct.

      German umlaute üöäß are not displayed correct in Lotus Notes.

      Also some layout is not correct. See attached screenshot. The word marked in the screenshot should be "unübersichtlich", not "un?xFC;bersichtlich".
