Deleting user from Crowd produces stack-traces for ex-user's issues & filters in Jira

      Jira is Crowd'd - deleting a user in Crowd causes stack traces in Jira for any filters they shared and trying to edit any issues they had currently assigned.

      Jira should fail gracefully hiding invalid filters and allowing issues to be assigned to someone else...
