I would like to see the ability for a user to create a folder or container to sort Jira Issues into. Something that is only viewable on their dashboard and does not affect the issue itself.

Example:

• I have 40 issues on my dashboard.
• I would like to create a folder, that no one else can see, called "Stuff I dont care about" and move 20 issues into it.
• I would like to create another folder called "Work that has to be done" and move the rest into it.
