It would be useful to allow to assign a single workflow scheme to multiple projects in a single operation.

Currently to perform this task you need to navigate to each of the projects and associate them one by one with the given workflow scheme.

It is not a big problem if there is only a few project involved, although for a significant number of projects it is time consuming process.
