Im working on a customization of the AbastractMessageHandler to make it work in my Corporate environement, however, my last additional param caused the following udring editing the Handler parameters:

• Error occurred trying to update service properties: com.opensymphony.module.propertyset.IllegalPropertyException: String exceeds 255 characters.

As I want to get this fixed, I'm going to further extend this class to support an external property file, to workaround the problem and will submit later.
