I am trying to access a JIRA project through mobile devices. A use case for this is using JIRA as a workflow tool for people out of office, for incident management purpose.

In order to run ActiveX control on a mobile device (such as a Symbian 3.0 o Windows mobile 6.0 smartphone), ActiveX should be compiled on ARM platform.
I can't figure out if this is supported, already available or out of scope.
This is not a request of a lightweight GUI similar to CONF-7644 or JRA-12233
