At the moment, the website:
http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/JIRADownloadCenter.jspa
hides the EAR/WAR downloads by default as we would like most users to use the Standalone distribution.

However, it is possible to get confused (see JRA-14838) when looking at:
http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/v3.12/install-war.html
and then downloading the Standalone distribution.

We should ensure that the EAR/WAR installation page:
http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/v3.12/install-war.html
clearly describes that the EAR/WAR distribution, and not Standalone, needs to be downloaded.

We should leave the warning that we do strongly advise to install Standalone.
