Assign to Current User Post Function Does Not Work on Create Issue Transition

      The 'Assign to Current User' post function does not work on the Create Issue transition.

      It can be replicated by creating a new workflow, adding the post function after 'Creates the issue originally' and using this workflow to create issues.

      The post function will not change the assignee to the current user.
