Don't send Duplicate Notifications to the same email

      It appears that if I have multiple types of people, or groups in the notification scheme, and I happen to be in more than one of them – and this can happen for good reason – that I can get two, three, or more identical emails for the same thing.

      This of course is kind of silly and shouldn't happen. I can't guarantee that it's happening without me playing more ... but the scheme is annoying to work with, and now that I have it setup, that's what it appears to be doing since I have 3 identical emails for an update on a task... and I can see how I could be the Assignee, a watcher, and the Project Lead on the same issue.
