In Safari, middle-clicking a link opens it in a new tab. However, this doesn't work with the top navigation links in JIRA ('home', 'browse project', 'find issues', etc). Even if I middle-click really, really hard, the link still opens in the current tab, instead of a new one. On the other hand, right clicking the link and selecting 'open in new tab' does work.

This doesn't happen in Mozilla Firefox.
