Enhance the Event Type Page load

In our JIRA instance, the project are configured as follow :

• Field Configuration Scheme and Issue Type Screen Scheme are shared by all project
• Issue Type Scheme is shared by type of Project (7 types of project are defined)
• Each Project has its own Security, Permission and Notification Scheme

We have currently :

• 132 projects.
• 19 differents Workflows
• 105 CustomFields
• 1023 Groupes (We do not have yet performed the migration to the role)
• 17 new Event Type (linked to Workflow status)

With such settings, we encounter some bad performance in Administration pages, but theyr are acceptable with less than 10s to be loaded.
Excepted for the Event Type page (secure/admin/jira/ListEventTypes.jspa) for which the load take more than 2 minutes.

With current settings, they are 2900 line returned (800 kb).

• To impose Field Configuration Scheme, Issue Type Screen Scheme and Issue Type Scheme is easy to do,
• When we will have migration permission managment from group to role, we will able to share Security, Permission Schemes between project
• But it will be always ahrd to impose common Notification Scheme.
