It could be useful if the jira users (depending on roles or permission scheme) could update themselves the values of cascading select-list or multi select list custom fields.
Currently, only the Administrators are authorized.

Note that the management of these values should be enhanced to allow the jira users to update them.

• possibility to rename the a value
• possibility to archive useless values (logical suppression)
