Need to be able to set default paper size of Excel export to A4 for Japanese customers

      Hello,

      When you export the issues from JIRA's issue navigator, the default paper size is set in the Excel file as LETTER. Since the defacto standard in Japan is A4 paper size, please advise how we can change this setting either during the build or via user configuration.
