Convert issue link is out of order

    Description

      I assume some thought has been given to this but the "Convert subtask" link is out of the order with all the other links... The other links are in alpha order except for the convert.

      I know there's some plan afoot to fully reorder that list, but surely we should keep everything in the same logical order?
